Eligibility. This site is for adults of legal gambling age in their province — 19 and over in most of Canada, 18 and over in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Nothing here is directed at anyone younger.

Affiliate disclosure. Links to operators are affiliate links and this site earns a commission on sign-ups and deposits. That relationship funds the testing described on the how-we-rate page. It does not determine ranking order and does not remove criticism.

Legal position. The operators listed here hold licences issued outside Canada. They are not registered with iGaming Ontario or licensed by any provincial regulator. Canadian law does not prosecute individual players for using offshore sites, but doing so means giving up the recourse a provincially regulated operator would provide.
